Just a little reminder

October 19th, 2005

I certainly appreciate each and every order. You folks have been great about supporting my “one man show”. Just a friendly reminder…… the Holidays are coming quickly. I sure hope you’ll consider my shirts as gifts. Time flies, don’t wait until the last minute.
Thank you all for keeping me busy in my printing studio. I’d love to make a shirt or two for you and your friends. Take care and I hope to hear from you. Please tell your friends about my little ol’ site.

My Mom In Montpelier

October 18th, 2005

My Mom has recently moved to Montpelier, from Memphis, Tenn..
She has retired from 20+yrs. in the advertising world and begun her new job as full-time Grandmother. She has rented a funky apartment, given away her dress suits and is exploring the Montpelier area daily. Variety is the spice of life, I’m very proud of her and the giant steps she is taking. My daughter already enjoys her Grandma’s songs and humor. Montpelier has gained another smart cookie.

goodbye gecko, hello gecko

October 7th, 2005

There’s a big change in my household today. I’m selling Rusty, my crested gecko, back to the lady who sold her to me. Crested geckos are nocturnal, that is they are active only at night. Well, I would like to see my pets more often and with the lights on, so I’m selling Rusty back. At lunch time, I swung by the local pet store to pick up a “blizzard” colored leopard gecko. I’ve had my eyes on her for some time now. Leopard geckos are officially nocturnal, yet my experience has proved them to also be active during the day. Leopard geckos are easy to keep, easy to handle and are not escape artists. They cannot climb glass like the Crested geckos can. Because of my new gecko’s color pattern, I’m calling her Blondie. Another interesting feature of Leopard geckos is…..they have eyelids. They blink, it personifies them. It’s also easy to tell when they are sleeping, unlike most other reptiles. My gecko was raised in captivity of coarse, they are from Pakistan and the surrounding countries. She can live many years and can reach up to 10 inches. She will eat pet store crickets coated in vitamin powder. Another cool fact, she will poop only in one corner of her tank. Easy clean up. I’m pleased. I’m off to listen to Blondie’s greatest hits. The tide is high.

turn signals rock

October 3rd, 2005

I’d like to remind you how nice it is when you use your turn signal in your car. I can drive safely when I know what the heck you and your car are going to do. We are all in this together.

WWWND What Would Willie Nelson Do?

October 1st, 2005

Honestly, when I’m stuck, that is…I don’t know what to do, I think of Willie Nelson. Then ask myself “What Would Willie Nelson Do?” Then, I proceed. If it is good for Willie, it is good for me.
