In addition, I would add that it is especially helpful when someone does go to use their turn signals, when they actually work as they should; since most people do not even bother to check them on a regular enough basis and, as a result, the only time they may get checked is at inspection time -- once a year; or, otherwise, when they get stopped by the police for a faulty turn signal or whatever, if ever.</description>
