My gosh! There are people who get to this site without knowing what kale is? I ended up here because kale is my favorite vegetable---and in a parking lot today, I saw an EATMOREKALE.com bumper sticker!

My favorite kale variety is Red Russian (it's the kind that looks like oak leaves as big as your head) and I prefer to eat kale with vinegar than with sweetness. Yum.

I think I'll have to link to eatmorekale.com when I next update my home page.
