These notes cover Eat More Kale shirts, hoodies, hats, and the rest of the print-on-demand gear in the shop. If you do not see your question, contact us with the order number in the subject line.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

Most orders spend about three to seven business days in production while ink cures and quality control runs. After that, carriers usually add another three to four business days inside the United States, though rural routes or holiday stacks can stretch that window.

Are shipments still running slow sometimes?

Peak weeks around November, December, and major storms can still create carrier pileups that have nothing to do with your artwork. If tracking goes quiet for more than five business days after the label is created, email support with the order number and we will help chase the scan.

Where will my order ship from?

We partner with an on-demand fulfillment network that prints in several regions so your package can leave from the closest open facility when inventory allows.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, many items ship internationally. Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are decided by your country, not by Eat More Kale, and they may arrive as a separate invoice from the carrier.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before you write in, a quick checklist saves everyone time:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us here with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders

How are your products made?

Each listing is printed on demand through a drop-ship partner. That keeps odd sizes and specialty colors available without a giant warehouse in Vermont.

Can I change or cancel an order after checkout?

Because production often starts within an hour, changes are not guaranteed. Email contact immediately with the order number and the fix you need. If the batch has not hit the press yet, we can usually adjust sizes or cancel. Once it is in production, we treat it like a custom job.

How do I track my order?

You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line here.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us here within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

What's your return policy?

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us here with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. We have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that is the case, please let us know here within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Wear and care

How should I wash printed shirts?

Turn garments inside out, use cold water, and skip bleach or fabric softener on the print. Tumble dry low or hang dry to keep colors bright longer.
